We have learned that fusing will enhance the appearance of finished garments by reinforcing specific design features, will help control and stabilize critical areas in a finished garment, will help preserve a crisp and fresh look, and in most cases the use of fusible interlining shortens manufacturing time with a consequent reduction in direct labor cost. We work with all type of fabrics, including those that need much attention such as: silk, leather, chiffon, satin, plastic, vinyl, pleated, and embroidered fabric. We offer roll-to-roll fusing, block fusing, and single piece fusing. We have special machines that allow us to fuse rolls as wide as 72 inches. Our operators are well trained and experienced, they know when to adjust temperature and pressure for maximum adhesion according to the specifications of your material.
